The health and life center, designed with a construction area of 65.000 m² in İncek, is a building that includes education, health and accommodation services. At the center, which has different solutions for the needs of the user, a schema that is introverted and courtyard, was preferred because of the surrounding settlements. Education and health units are designed as a 3-4 storey units around a large courtyard while accommodation is designed as a multi-storey tower.

 

The center, which is intended to respond to day and night users with actions such as therapy, education, relaxation, working, entertainment, socializing,  in this respect, is differentiated from traditional health structures and offers a holistic improvement / regeneration process. The wide courtyard which is created thanks to pushing the structures to the borders of the land, provides to health and life center users an area of interaction where they can socialize without any isolation. In addition, this courtyard is associate units with each other having different functions of use.

 

Thanks to a planning approach that is suitable for multiple and flexible use in design, the development of areas that may need to be added to the center in the future is allowed.
