Located right beside Yelken Plaza, Memorial was initially designed as an office building having the same form with Yelken Plaza to provide visual harmony. After the construction started, the function of the building has been changed and required revisions had been made for this functional change. VIP entrance is provided from Konya Road side while Balgat façade receives entry to Emergency Room, and polyclinic access is provided from Balgat connection. Thanks to the level differences of the land, vehicle and pedestrian access is provided separatelyfor each floor level.  

The project featuring 121 patient rooms in total, has a 31,120 m² construction area. 

Interior design services, owned by Zoom TPU, promise the highest level of comfort and aesthetics for the patients and personnel by means of material selections. With the same approach, clinic rooms and patient rooms are equipped with high technology medical systems.
