The project area within the borders of Mustafa Kemal Neighborhood, which is one of the most prestigious locations in Ankara, is located in a zone where the state institutions and private business centers are intense. In addition, the area, which is fed by Eskişehir Road that is one of the most dense arteries of the city and Anadolu Bulvarı that is one of boundaries of the project area, has capacity to meet the expectations of all kinds of users and investors thanks to the development of transportation facilities.
Considering the values of both the project area and the surrounding structures, it was the most important fact that the project would be designed to take this value to the next level with all the qualitative and quantitative equipment it will have.
It consists of two different blocks rising above a stepped platform where shops, first class tourist restaurants and social areas are located. It avoids the mass perception problems that may arise from its magnitude when approach to the structure with its soft lines in plan layout, vertical hierarchy and open-closed space editing.
A modular and flexible system has been developed for a total of 210 office units in two blocks. The 15-storey block, where consists of offices with balconies are designed to allow for its user direct contact with the outside environment, are separated from the 33-storey office block with both scale and façade fiction. The units, which are designed to be alternative to different users and requests, are supported with equipment that will meet all possible business requirements.
