The design rises to the sky, with reference to the geometry of the triangular area where the plot-road relationship determines the boundaries. The triangular form, which is associated with the concepts of "sturdiness", "durability" and "invariance", has also highlighted the success of the concepts of balance and coherence that are discussed in architectural design.
The dynamic effect created by the form was strengthened with the units completed at different levels while the structure was raised, so the effect in the context of the structure was increased. The exhibition and conference rooms, designed as separate masses and has entries from road level, at the same time, are the steps that soften the rise of high office mass in the project land. This settlement also prevents the negative effects of excessive densities caused by the use of collective activities and exhibitions on the functioning of the office.
Again, thanks to the structure form, the facade, landscape, daylight features of the offices were maximized and presented equally to each.
