The 1071 Manzara project, which was implemented in Ankara Dikmen by the Usta Group initiative, consists of 28 shops and 240 housings in 7 blocks. The blocks located in two different parcels with a road between them,  were placed in different levels in groups considering the slope in the project area. A commercial platform has been build with two storey shops at the ground level of the parcel that is on the main road border. Three of the housing blocks rise on this platform. Required landscaping ares for the residential blocks that have entrances on the road between the two parcels, is presented on this platform that is at the same level with the road.

The project with 80000 m² construction area offers  alternative living spaces for families of different sizes with 2+1, 3+1, 4+1 apartments , and aims to increase user satisfaction not only in design but also with subtle approaches to workmanship and material quality. Floor plans created considering the city landscape, offer a strong Ankara view from the points that can be considered a summit of the Dikmen. 

In order to make mass movements clear, the framing movements formed in the block facades were supported with color contrasts and the effect of the project on urban texture was emphasized.
