The project, which is located within the borders of the Alaacatlı neighborhood, is designed to provide an ultra-comfortable life for its users by focusing on neighborhood and everyday life themes. 

Within the scope of the project, a total of 664 housing units in the 3 + 1, 4 + 1 and 5 + 2 plan types as 9 blocks are rising on the land. The project, where spacious and spacious spaces are transformed into ideal living spaces with rational solutions, responds to the search for the quality and comfort expected with a human-centered approach, as well as has the potential for developing neighborly relations with the stipulated random activities.

While blocks positioned on the land border enable the user to define the privacy and security limits, at the same time creates maximum green space and allows it to be presented as holistic of it. 

This area surrounded by blocks are offered to users as recreation areas equipped with square, ornamental pools, seating areas, children playgrounds, landscape elements and green areas. The project, which is supported by a social facility, an indoor-outdoor swimming pool, sports areas and the required number of parking spaces, offers all the possible needs of daily life to its users with its potential.
