Situated on the central point between Ankara-İstanbul Highway, the project features shopping center, roadhouse and accommodation area. Having a 630,000 m² building area, Highway is designed as the largest shopping and recreation center on a highway in Europe.  

The building comprises various functions like stores, café-restaurants, gas stations, accommodation units, and a congress hall. It enables the joy of shopping at fresh air and natural light with its one storey plan layout and 3000 m² open + 1000 m² retractable roof system.

As a reference to Yedigöller, a significant natural park in the region, 7 ornamental pools are placed in the building.
