The project, designed in a land adjacent to the E5 highway in Bakırköy, Istanbul, is a mixed-use Project consisting of offices, residences, hotels and stores. Residential, Office and hotel unitsrising as a total of 5 blocks are located on the land borders and the space between the blocks is presented  as a commercial space supported by shops. This has allowed the field to be evaluated by different users at any time of the day. The project, which has a construction area of 120.000 m², gains a new and different character in its context with its iconic form. The project, whose outlines have been determined with organic lines, has a futuristic effect thanks to the steel and glass material used in the facade and the transparent cover with steel construction covering the commercial areas.

The trade axis, which continues on the street level, takes the rapid life flow around the land into the field and keeps this mobility alive with shopping areas. Office, residential and hotel blocks invites its user to its own private and quiet areas with separate entries that belonged to the mand defined by fringes, with in this mobility.
