MetroMall is a mixed-use development comprising office,retail and residential spaces.Retail and housing units are separately situated on the site, so different functions can work without influencing the others. It has a simple yet effective and user friendly design approach that alsoprovides interaction with the near environment via its café-restaurant areas facing outwards.
Sophisticatedly designed and solved, the shopping mall is capable of answering different kinds of needs of people. It offers a comfortable visit for the users with its easily perceivable layout andnatural light received from every part of the interior.
The use of retractable roof system makes the building unique in Ankara since it is the first shopping center having this system. Natural ventilation and lighting has been prioritized by this roof system at circulation areas.

Natura Batıkent Residences are designed as a project where where topography mobility is reflected in mass dynamism, visualization is brought to the foreground with innovative developments in building technology, the user needs are kept in top level with its spacious and comfortable apartments in 4+1 and 5+1 concept.

The project consists of 6 blocks with a basement, ground floor and 27 or 28 residential floors. The angular layout of the blocks, which are integrated with the topography at different elevations on a sloped terrain, has made it possible for the larger green areas between the blocks to be presented to the user. User comfort has been prioritized in the suggestions made on the interior solutions of the houses, open space arrangements, materials and detailing.
