The project, which is located on the area in Konya - Samsun Road developing as the business and trade center of Ankara, consists of offices and stores on an area of 8.118 m². The aim of the building is to create a symbolic effect  from both sides on the Konya-Samsun Road, and its impact it will offer to the Ankara skyline at its current location has been the main design criterion. The structure designed with this approach seperates itself from the surrounding residential texture and also by differentiated itself from the multi-storey office buildings, reveals its original existence.

Designed on the Konya Road front and Balgat front 22 stores, which their sizes ranging from 150 m² to 2200 m², are designed at different elevations in accordance with the topography. In addition, modular workspaces of various sizes have been created in the office floors in accordance with different usage scenarios. 67 offices that their sizes ranging from 80, 90, 100, 150 and 300 m² are equipped with the qualifications to meet the needs of both corporate and individual use by designed in suitable diversity of different business lines. The building, which consists of 3 parking floors, 4 shops and 22 office floors, has a total construction area of 40,000 m².
