Doruk Beytepe brings a new interpretation to the urban high housing concept with its wide open areas that give the scale to 28-storey high house block and mass dynamism. The project is designed with a design approach that is sensitive to the city and the environment by blending the social, cultural and environmental elements with technology and economy. The project was designed as two separate blocks, thus providing maximum green space for the users in a large area such as 15576 m². It has a total building height of 109.20 m With 2 basement floors, ground floor and 28 residential floors. 208 flats with 185 m² net and 206 m² gross usage area have been designed as having equal planning and view on each front in accordance with the requirements of the parcel. In this case, living areas such as living room, lounge, kitchen is positioned to be the best dominance of the landscape will be the best.

A comfortable / accessible project was designed for each flat with two indoor parking garages and guest parking spaces planned outdoors. For users living spaces have been created with social spaces, sports halls and large landscaping areas that can be used at any time.
