Twin Towers featuring of 2 high-class residential towers situated on a podium base of stores, is located parallel to Malatya Road, in a newly developing zone of the city of Elazığ. Besides defining a new living area for the city, the building is designed as an iconic structure. Since this project will be the first high-rise structure experience for Elazığ, a long and detailed urban surveying is done and the building form is shaped at the end of these studies and evaluations in terms of view, wind, sun and energy efficiency.

The building can be perceived from every point of the city; therefore, day and night perceptions of the project are studied separately and hence, it turned into an urban triangulation point.

Even though the project has an introvert approach with its interior courtyard shaping the stores around it, it still embraces the external environment by the public spaces inviting the citizens. 

The ambition is to provide a high-quality living environment for the users by adopting an aesthetic approach compatible with the architecture and planning principles of the city. Thanks to this understanding, the design achieves integrity with the texture of the citydespite its high form.
