The shopping mall, designed to cover the shopping and social space needs of the region in a land used as a car park for a long time in the locality of Türközü, which is located within the borders of Mamak district, is addressed not only the residents of Türközü but also the residents of Kırıkkonaklar, Akdere and Gaziosmanpaşa. Under a single roof, the project which offers the most need in the most pleasant and comfortable environment as soon as possible, is designed with the goal of a structure that does not detach from the context, integrate with its environment. The building, which has a construction area of approximately 50.000 m², consists of 117 stores with different sizes,  parking for 680 cars and various social-cultural areas.

At the intersection of the two busy streets of the land, a public gathering area was created by subtracted the mass at the basement level and access to the structure is provided in this area. The entrance, highlighted by a wide eaves, opens into a courtyard that will house various social and cultural activities. Surrounded by commercial units, the courtyard is supported by a large atrium which continues through 3 floors and is covered with a transparent cover. In this way, the circulation of daylight within the structure is maximized. Also, a second entrance was designed on the ground level taking advantage of topography, thus the approach of pedestrians from different points to the structure was provided.
